When is Creamfields?
Creamfields 2010 takes place during the August Bank Holiday weekend on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th August.

Where can I buy a ticket?

Do I need to bring ID?
Yes. Creamfields is a strictly over 18s event and we will be operating a challenge 21 ID policy.
Acceptable forms of ID include
- A photo drivers license
- A passport (not a photocopy)
- A PASS (Proof of Age Standards Scheme) proof of age card
Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?
There are no pass outs at Creamfields.
If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY
If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY
If you have a 2 day ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. On leaving the event after Saturday you will need to produce the Sunday ticket to gain re-entry on Sunday.
Are there other stages apart from the Main Stage?
Yes. There are several stages and arenas on site, enjoy exploring!
Am I allowed to bring my camera along?
You will be allowed to bring non-professional cameras into the event. You must obtain permission to bring a professional camera (SLR) into the event.
Am I allowed to bring my video camera along?
No, still cameras are allowed, however no professional audio or photographic equipment is allowed.
Can I bring alcohol onto the event site?
No only into the campsite and this is strictly limited.
What time are the acts performing?
We do not release playing times before the event. Event lanyards will be available to buy inside the event site.
Please do not buy these outside the event site as they will be forgery and the information is liable to be incorrect.
Can I bring food and drink into the event?
No only into the campsite.
Will there be a place for me to buy tea & coffee?
Yes
Is glass allowed on site?
No, a decanting station is provided and liquids brought on site will need to be decanted here into plastic bottles.
Is there anywhere I can take my prescribed medication?
Yes, the Event Site hospital.

I’ve been told by the ticket outlet that I need to collect tickets on the day?
There will be a ticket collects window at the box office on arriving at the event.
Please take your reference number and any other information you have been asked to bring to make sure you can obtain your ticket(s).
Also please ensure you know which outlet you bought your ticket from eg. Ticketline, Ticketmaster, See Tickets etc.
I am buying tickets from abroad, is there a deadline to buy tickets in order to receive them in time for the show?
Yes but the deadline for purchasing these is 31st July 2010.
Where is Creamfields?
Creamfields is situated in Daresbury, Halton, Cheshire. The site is close to Warrington, between Liverpool and Manchester.
What is the site postcode?
Putting the postcode into a sat nav or online mapping system is not advisable as there are road closures and diversions in place during the festival.
Instead, head for junction 11 or 12 off the M56 and follow event signeage.
What is the nearest train station?
The nearest train station to the event is Runcorn Station, and the nearest Main Line station is Liverpool Lime Street, both of which will have shuttle buses operating to and from the site all day and night.
I am travelling by train, where is the nearest train station?
Warrington Central or Runcorn, depending on where you are coming from and the train route.

Can you bring a private coach to the festival?

Is there going to be parking at the festival? Will it cost any money?
Yes, there is a carpark on site.
Creamfields campers travelling by car can book their parking in advance and in doing so will get their car parking at a reduced rate of £10 (pre-booked) saving a fiver! Car parking for campers for the weekend itself will cost £15 on arrival (if its not pre-booked). This offer ends 5pm Monday 16th August*.

Is there a Shuttle bus service in operation?
Yes there will be shuttle buses travelling to and from the site throughout the day and night from the following locations - Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington and Runcorn.

When do the taxi's start running and how much do they cost?
Taxis will operate all day and night from the Taxi Rank located at the festival exit, please follow signs.
Is there a taxi rank outside the event?
Yes, there is a designated taxi rank outside the festival site. Please follow event signage.
If I have Hospitality tickets where do I obtain the relevant wristband(s)?
Instructions and directions will be posted to you before the show. You will exchange your ticket for a wristband at the hospitality or VIP box office at the entrance. You should have received instructions and directions when purchasing your ticket / or will arrive with your ticket through the post. Hospitality tickets need to be exchanged for wristbands at the Hospitality box office. Please follow signs.
Is food served all day in the VIP area?
No. You will be served one meal per day. Times to be confirmed.
What camping options are there?
There are several levels of camping available including

What is standard camping?
This means you bring yourself, your own tent and all of your own camping equipment.

Where do I pick up my camping wristband?
At the entrance to the campsite which will be clearly signposted.
What facilities will there be on the campsite?
Access to the Welfare and information Tent, First Aid, Camping Shop, General Store, Food and Beverages.
How close are the campsites to the festival site?
The campsites are approximately 100m from the event site.
How long can I stay at the campsite after the festival?
The campsite will close at 12pm noon on Monday 30th August. If you feel unfit to drive, please stay with your vehicle and rest until you feel fully recovered.
Is the campsite safe?
Security on the campsites will be of utmost importance. There will be locker facilities and regular security patrols as well as CCTV monitoring.
Where is the campsite car park?
Campsite parking is located next to the campsite, please follow signs. Do not use Sat Nav as many road closures will be in place.
May I drive in/out of campsite car park?
Once you have entered the carpark you cannot leave the carpark and re enter. If you hold a camping ticket you will be able to move to and from the campsite and arena.
Are there any restrictions on tent size?
Whilst there are no restrictions on tent size, we wouldn’t advise you to bring a tent larger than you need as you may struggle to find a large enough place to pitch it.
Can we bring camper vans onsite?
No, campervans will not be permitted onto the campsite this year. The campsites are tented only.
Can I bring food / beverages / chairs & a cooler box into the campground?
Yes you can but strictly no glass will be allowed on the campsite. There is a limit of 1 x crate and 1 x bottle of spirits in a plastic bottle per person brought into the campsite with you. Food and chairs are also allowed into the campsite but not into the event arena. There will be strictly no drinks, chairs or food allowed to be taken from the campsite into the main arena. A limited amount of alcohol will be allowed to be taken from the main arena into the campsite.
Will there be food and drink concessions in the campsite?
Yes
What if I cannot find my tent after the concert?
Try and make a good visual reference before you leave your tent, perhaps use a flag to distinguish your tent from the others. If you can’t find it speak to Welfare and Information.
Are generators allowed into the camping area?
No, generators will not be permitted into the event site.
Will there be entertainment in the Campsite?
No
Can I bring the family to camp?
Only if they are over 18 years old and in posession of a valid ticket.
Are sound systems allowed into the campsite?
Strictly no sound systems are to be brought onto the campsites.
Can anyone help carry our camping equipment to the campsite?
The Festibarrow service will be available for campers (this service is limited, but will be running all day so please be patient with the bag fairies)
Will there be Disabled camping available?
Yes, please advise us and book in advance by emailing us on info@cream.co.uk or Tel: 0151 707 1309.
You will need to provide:
- A description of your disability
- A photocopy of the most recent letter of entitlement to Disability Living Allowance from the DWP
- The name of your carer/helper that will be with you
- How many would be in your group
- Date and time of arrival
- Vehicle registration and make
Can I have a BBQ or Fire on the site?
Fires are strictly prohibited on site but we will provide a designated BBQ area.
Are there any restrictions on tent size?
Whilst there are no restrictions on tent size, we wouldn’t advise you to bring a tent larger than you need as you may struggle to find a large enough place to pitch it.
Where is the closest ATM Machine?
The nearest cashpoint is inside the event arena. There are no cashpoints inside the campsite.
Is there anywhere I can leave a message for a friend?
Please leave messages at the Welfare & Information tent inside the arena.
Can anybody help me to cancel a lost/stolen mobile phone/credit card?
Yes, please go to the Welfare & Information tent.
Where can I access / report lost property?
Please claim / report lost property at the Welfare and Information Tent.
Is there anywhere I can top up/charge my mobile phone?
There is likely to be a mobile phone charging stall in the market area although this is still to be confirmed.
Where are the first aid points?
There are designated First Aid points across the arena and campsite which will be clearly signposted.
Where are the water points?
There are designated water points across the arena and campsite which will be clearly signposted.
Is there anywhere that I can get dry / warm?
The arenas will be dry but if you need assistance please go to the Welfare and Information Tent.
Where can I get sun cream/after sun lotion?
There is a pharmacy and market stalls on site in the main festival arena and a general store located in the campsite area.
Can I bring a pet?
No, pets are not permitted onto the campsite or the event site. Only guide dogs are permitted.
Where can I buy sanitary products?
There is a pharmacy and market stalls on site in the main festival arena and a general store located in the campsite area.
Where can I get a foil blanket?
There is a pharmacy and market stalls on site in the main festival arena and a general store located in the campsite area.
Where can I buy condoms?
