Disabled Access Info (6)

Campsite Limit: You are welcome to camp with your friends however; we must limit this due to the restrictions on space. In addition to the disabled customer and their carer, we will permit two more friends in your group. Please ensure you make us aware should you wish to camp with your friends so they are provided with the appropriate wristbands on arrival.
If your friend(s) cancel please also notify us so we can offer their space to another person, failure to do so may result in you being charged for their space.
Campsite Facilities: The disabled customer campsite is available to customers who are unable to camp in the standard campsites or who need access to the specialist facilities we provide. The campsite is more spacious and has track laid down where possible to improve accessibility for wheelchair users and customer with mobility impairments.
Facilities we provide in the disabled customer campsite:
• Accessible unisex toilets
• Standard unisex toilets
• Fresh water points
• Fridge for any medication that may need to be kept cold
• Electrical charging points for wheelchairs or scooters on a first come first served basis.
Parking in the campsite: We need to limit the number of cars in the campsite and you will only be allowed to park in the campsite if you need your car near you because of your disability. This is due to increased demand in the campsite and the limited space available.
You cannot leave your car in the campsite unless you ask to do this on your form and the festival disabled access team approve this beforehand.
If you have difficulty walking, you are allowed to drive in to the campsite to unload all your luggage and tents and also to collect them when you leave the festival. Drop off and pick up is also authorised for all customers who need it. You should park vehicles in the disabled customer car park (unless otherwise authorised) for the duration of the festival, where you can have access to them at all times.
Gas in the Campsite: Gas stoves/cylinders are NOT permitted in the disabled customer campsite. The recommended cooking stoves are any solid fuel type such as: Disposable BBQ’s or Hexi Stove with a solid fuel block. Petrol fuelled cookers and generators will not be permitted in any campsite.
Glass is not allowed in any area of the site, including the disabled campsite so please bring drinks etc in plastic containers.

The viewing platforms are for those who are unable to see the concert in any other way. This is most relevant to wheelchair users, those unable to stand for long periods or people who struggle with being in crowds. It is for this reason that we give all guests in this situation priority in accessing the platforms.
If this applies to you, you can take your personal assistant with you. In extremely busy periods, we may ask your PA to move to the back of the platform if you do not need direct one-to-one support. At the moment we have just one viewing platform which is located at the North stage. We are exploring the option to add one at the South stage however this is still to be confirmed.
Customers who require access to the platform are required to book in advance. The viewing platform operates on a first come first served basis so access is not guaranteed every time. Once the platform is full we will operate a one in one out process. All viewing platforms are strictly no smoking.

Accessible toilets are available at the viewing platform, in the disabled customer campsite, some sanitation points in the arena and at the sanitation points in the main campsite.

If you need to bring special medication with you, please bring a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable.

If you have any questions on disabled access tickets or facilities at the festival please feel free to email: disabledaccess@creamfields.com or call 0207 009 3490. Please do not call this number to book disabled access tickets. It is an information line only.
Our office opening hours are 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
We use the contact number above for all of our outdoor events and it is extremely busy all year round. If you cannot get through, leave a message with your name, number and nature of your enquiry and we will call you back by the end of the next business day. Do not leave multiple messages as this will only slow the process down.
To book tickets over the phone
Customers who are unable to book their disabled access ticket(s) online can call Ticketmaster on: 0800 988 4440

All disabled customers are welcome at Creamfields. As the event is held on a greenfield site there will be areas of the event that has steep hilly sections and uneven ground meaning that access around that site could be difficult, especially in bad weather conditions. Please bare this in mind when booking for the event.

Please buy your festival ticket first. You will then need to apply for access to disabled customer facilities and/or a free PA ticket, if required. The application period is not yet open, but if you wish to be notified when it opens please send us your name and contact details to disabledaccess@creamfields.com and we will add you to the list.
