Can I stay in a hotel if I have a weekend camping ticket but don’t want to camp?

No there are strictly NO pass outs at Creamfields. If you wish to stay in hotel you need to purchase a day ticket or a 2 day non-camping ticket.

Camping (26)

What camping options are there?

There are several levels of camping available including – Standard camping – Hospitality Camping – Luxury camping

What is standard camping?

This means you bring yourself, your own tent and all of your own camping equipment.

Can I have a BBQ or Fire on the site?

Fires are strictly prohibited on site but we will provide a designated BBQ area.

Can anyone help carry our camping equipment to the campsite?

The Festibarrow service will be available for campers (this service is limited, but will be running all day so please be patient with the bag fairies) haven’t confirmed times yet.

Are sound systems allowed into the campsite?

Strictly no sound systems are to be brought onto the campsites.

Can I bring the family to camp?

Only if they are over 18 years old and in possession of a valid ticket.

Are generators allowed into the camping area?

No, generators will not be permitted into the event site.

 

What if I cannot find my tent after the concert?

Try and make a good visual reference before you leave your tent, perhaps use a flag to distinguish your tent from the others. If you can’t find it speak to Welfare and Information or go to your campsite hub where the staff will be able to assist.

Can I bring food / beverages / chairs & a cooler box into the campground?

Yes you can but strictly no glass will be allowed on the campsite. There is a limit of 1 x crate and 1 x bottle of spirits in a plastic bottle per person brought into the campsite with you. Food and chairs are also allowed into the campsite but not into the event arena. There will be strictly no drinks, chairs or food allowed to be taken from the campsite into the event arena. A limited amount of alcohol will be allowed to be taken from the event arena into the campsite. When deciding what to bring to Creamfields please note that glass and aerosols are not allowed.

Can we bring camper vans onsite?

No, campervans will not be permitted onto the campsite this year. The campsites are tented only.

Are there any restrictions on tent size?

Whilst there are no restrictions on tent size, we wouldn’t advise you to bring a tent larger than you need as you may struggle to find a large enough place to pitch it.

I am getting dropped off. Where do I go?

When you are in the car on the way to the festival please follow event signs for DROP OFF/PICK UP & DAY TICKETS. Make sure you get picked up at the same place which is the on-site pick up area in the North Car Park.

I live locally. Can I walk to the festival?

Yes but please take care. We have an official restriction along the A56 to prevent pedestrians from using the road to walk along. Please follow the advice of the stewards on leaving/approaching the festival.

I have a day ticket. Can I park for the day?

Yes. We have day ticket parking available at the North of the festival site. From the A56 please follow signs for DROP / PICK UP & DAY TICKETS

How will I find my car after the festival?

You will be given a colour coded ticket when you park your car. Please keep this ticket with you as it the name and number of the car park printed on it.

May I drive in/out of campsite car park?

No. Once you have entered the car park you cannot leave the car park and re-enter without paying again.

How do I purchase a car park ticket?

Advanced parking: £10 +BF is available from Ticketmaster and Ticketline when purchasing standard 2 or 3 day camping tickets. Please select this at your point of purchase. Parking is free to hospitality ticket holders. Tickets will also be available to purchase on the day also.

Where is the campsite car park?

Campsite parking will be signposted when you arrive on site. Please follow signs for CAMPING CAR PARK. Do not use Sat Nav as many road closures will be in place.

Is the campsite safe?

Security on the campsites will be of utmost importance. There will be locker facilities and regular security patrols as well as CCTV monitoring, campsite hubs and festoon lighting throughout.

How long can I stay at the campsite after the festival?

The campsite will close at 12pm noon on Monday 26th August. If you feel unfit to drive, please stay with your vehicle and rest until you feel fully recovered.

How close are the campsites to the festival site?

The campsites are approximately 100m from the event site.

What facilities will there be on the campsite?

Access to the Welfare and information Tent, First Aid, Camping Shop, General Store, Food and Beverages, Lockers, Market Stalls, Phone Charging, campsite hubs.

Where do I pick up my camping wristband?

You will be directed when you arrive on site once you go through the festival entrance.

How can I make a complaint?

If you want to make a complaint whilst on site, please head for the information and Welfare tent. Or speak to one of the members of security.

Where can I buy condoms?

There is a pharmacy and market stalls on site in the main festival arena and a general store located in the campsite area.

Where can I get a foil blanket?

There is a pharmacy and market stalls on site in the main festival arena and a general store located in the campsite area.

Where can I buy sanitary products?

There is a pharmacy and market stalls on site in the main festival arena and a general store located in the campsite area.

Can I bring a pet?

No, pets are not permitted onto the campsite or the event site. Only guide dogs are permitted.

Where can I get sun cream/after sun lotion?

There is a pharmacy and market stalls on site in the main festival arena and a general store located in the campsite area.

Is there anywhere that I can get dry / warm?

The arenas will be dry but if you need assistance please go to the Welfare and Information Tent.

 

Where are the water points?

There are designated water points across the arena and campsite which will be clearly signposted.

Where are the first aid points?

There are designated First Aid points across the arena and campsite which will be clearly signposted.

Is there anywhere I can top up/charge my mobile phone?

There will be a mobile phone charging stall in the market areas

Where can I access / report lost property?

Please claim / report lost property at the Welfare and Information Tent.

Can anybody help me to cancel a lost/stolen mobile phone/credit card?

Yes, please go to the Welfare & Information tent.

Is there anywhere I can leave a message for a friend?

Please leave messages at the Welfare & Information tent inside the arena.

Where is the closest ATM Machine?

There are two cashpoint areas inside the event arena and also one located in the Purple Campsite

Is there anywhere I can take my prescribed medication?

Yes, the Event Site hospital. Please email us at info@cream.co.uk beforehand to make arrangements for you, and please provide us with a contact number.

Is glass allowed on site?

No, you must decant any liquids into plastic bottles.  We advise you do this before you arrive to site, alternatively a decanting station is provided and liquids brought on site will need to be decanted here into plastic bottles.

What time are the acts performing?

We do not release playing times before the event. Event lanyards will be available to buy inside the event site.

Please do not buy these outside the event site as they will be forgery and the information is liable to be incorrect.

Am I allowed to bring my video camera along?

No, there is strictly no recording equipment allowed on site.

Am I allowed to bring my camera along?

You will be allowed to bring non-professional cameras into the event. You must obtain permission to bring a professional camera (SLR) into the event.

Are there other stages apart from the Main Stage?

Yes. There are several stages and arenas on site, enjoy exploring!

Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?

There are no pass outs at Creamfields.

If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY

If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY

If you have a 2 day ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. On leaving the event after Saturday you will need to produce the Sunday ticket to gain re-entry on Sunday.

When is Creamfields?

Creamfields 2013 takes place across the August Bank Holiday weekend on Friday 23rd August Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th August.

Hospitality (2)

I have a hospitality ticket, will food be served in the Hospitality Arena all day?

No. You will be served one meal per day at the below times:-

 

Friday – 7pm – 10pm

Saturday – 3pm – midnight

Sunday – 3pm – 10pm

 

You will receive your food tokens when you collect your wristband (please ensure you collect this with your wristband). You must keep hold of them in order to receive your meal.

If I have Hospitality tickets where do I obtain the relevant wristband(s)?

Instructions and directions will be posted to you before the show. You will exchange your ticket for a wristband at the entrance. You should have received instructions and directions when purchasing your ticket / or will arrive with your ticket through the post. Hospitality tickets need to be exchanged for wristbands at the Hospitality entrance. Please follow signs.

 

Hospitality Camping (1)

What is hospitality camping?

This means you bring yourself, your own tent and all of your own camping equipment. In addition to this you will also benefit from the following:

  • Fasttrack entry into Creamfields – there will be a dedicated lane at the Main Entrance for Hospitality day ticket holders
  • Free Car Parking in the Hospitality car park
  • Exclusive access into the Hed Kandi Hospitality Arena. This area is a fully furnished marquee with leather sofas, indoor & outdoor seating, fully stocked bar / Cocktail Bar
  • Access to the all important luxury toilets
  • Complimentary food served up by restaurateurs Puschka (1 meal per day / per person)
  • Hospitality Campers will have their own dedicated Hospitality campsite
  • Hospitality campers staying in the Hospitality campsite will have access to Luxury Camping facilities which includes hot showers and ‘proper’ toilets
  • Access to Standard Campsite (for those hospitality ticket holders who have friends with standard camping tickets and would prefer to stay with them in the standard campsite)

If you want a pre-pitched tent on arrival you have to book a luxury camping option IN ADDITION to purchasing a hospitality camping ticket.

Location (2)

What is the nearest train station?

The nearest train station to the event is Runcorn Station and Warrington Central, and the nearest Main Line station is Liverpool Lime Street, both of which will have shuttle buses operating to and from the site all day and night. Runcorn doesn’t have any buses running to the site, only from the site upon leaving; Warrington Central will have buses running.

What is the site postcode?

Putting the postcode into a sat nav or online mapping system is not advisable as there are road closures and diversions in place during the festival. Instead, head for junction 11 or 12 off the M56 and follow event signage.

Luxury Camping (1)

What is luxury camping?

Luxury camping options have yet to be announced. Full details coming soon. Please note you must have a standard or hospitality camping ticket to book a luxury camping option.

I’ve been told by the ticket outlet that I need to collect tickets on the day?

There will be ticket collects at the box offices on arriving at the event.

Travel (7)

Is there a taxi rank at the event?

Yes, there is a designated taxi rank at the festival site. This is located at the North entrance ONLY do not exit via the campsites as there are no taxis or pick up drop off areas there. Please follow event signage or ask a steward.

When do the taxi’s start running?

Taxis will operate all day and night from the Taxi Rank located at the festival exit, please follow signs.

Is there a Shuttle bus service in operation?

Yes there will be shuttle buses travelling to and from the site throughout the day and night from the following locations – Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington and Runcorn (Runcorn is a return service to Runcorn only). For more information click here.

Is there going to be parking at the festival? Will it cost any money?
