What is the difference between a Gold, Silver and Bronze ticket?

What is Pre-Pitched & Party?

Pre-Pitch & Party is a an all new camping package for Creamfields 2017.

If you don’t want the hassle of lugging your tent and prefer a more leisurely and luxurious festival experience arriving onsite to your pre-erected accommodation then ‘Pre Pitch & Party’ is for you. This new private campsite located next to our all new Campsite Village and Arena Entrance is as close to the party as you’re going to get.

You will need a Bronze camping ticket, which you can buy at the same time as your accommodation. If you have already purchased a Bronze camping ticket, just order your chosen accommodation below. Or if you’ve already bought a Standard camping ticket, you will need to contact your ticket agent to upgrade to Bronze before booking your accommodation.

What age do you need to be to attend Creamfields?

Creamfields is strictly an 18’s and over event, and we will be operating a strict Challenge 21 policy at the entrances / bars and spot checks will be in operation around the festival site.  Please ensure you bring acceptable forms of valid ID, these are:-


o    An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence,

o    A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.

o    A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram) more information on the pass scheme website.

o    An in date Armed Forces Photo ID Card

o    A national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the United Kingdom)

What are the acceptable forms of ID?

Driving Licence – A full or provisional driving licence which is within date

Passport – A passport which is within date

What is the site postcode?

Putting the postcode into a sat nav or online mapping system is not advisable as there are road closures and diversions in place during the festival. Instead, head for junction 11 or 12 off the M56 and follow event signage.

What is the nearest train station?

The nearest train stations to the event are Runcorn Station and Warrington Central. The nearest Main Line station is Liverpool Lime Street. Shuttle busses will run to and from site from Liverpool Lime St & Warrington Central. A shuttle bus will run a service from the Creamfields site to Runcorn station only – for more details on shuttle buses click here.

Where is the car park?

Please follow instructions within your ticket information leaflet, which will be posted out to you with your tickets, and follow event road signage which will direct you to your relevant car park.

Is there going to be parking at the festival? How much does it cost?

You can pay for your parking in advance from Ticketmaster as an add-on to your Creamfields ticket purchase. Advance prices are £15 for 4 & 3 Day Campers and £10 for 2 Day Campers.

If you have not paid in advance for your parking, then you can pay on site when you arrive. On the day prices are £20 for 4 & 3 Day Campers, £15 for 2 Day Campers and £10 per day for Day Ticket holders.

Day ticket holders cannot buy parking tickets in advance and need to pay on the day.

Free parking is provided to Gold, Silver & Dreamfields ticket holders.

Is there a shuttle bus service in operation?

Yes there will be shuttle buses travelling to and from the site throughout the day and night from the following locations – Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington and Runcorn (Runcorn is a return service to Runcorn only). Click here to buy shuttle bus tickets.

Is there a taxi rank at the event?

Yes, there is a designated taxi rank at the festival site. This is located at the North entrance ONLY. Do not attempt to catch a taxi at the South entrance as there are no taxis or pick up/drop off points at this entrance. Please follow all event signage and/or ask a steward to point you in the right direction.

Is there a drop off and pick up zone?

The drop off and pick up point is located near to the North car park. Please follow event road signage for DROP OFF/PICK UP & DAY TICKETS. Make sure you get picked up at the same place.

This applies for all ticket holders, including Gold, Silver, Bronze & Dreamfields. Follow all road signage for Drop Off/Pick Up. You will be able to use the North entrance to gain access to the festival campsites. Do not attempt access to the South car parks for dropping off as you will be charged the standard car parking rate.

Travelling by air

If you are travelling to Creamfields from overseas then book your flights to either Liverpool John Lennon Airport (just 30 mins away) or Manchester Airport (25 mins away).

I have a Gold ticket package, will food be served in the Hospitality Arena all day?

No. You will be served one meal per day between the following times:-

Thursday: 6pm – 9pm

Friday: 1pm – 11pm

Saturday: 1pm – 11pm

Sunday: 1pm – 11pm

Please ensure you use your food token between these times, it is your responsibility. If you do not redeem your food token between these times then you will not be served and forfeit the token for that day.
You will receive your food tokens when you collect your Gold wristband at the gate (please ensure you collect this with your wristband). You must keep hold of them in order to receive your meal.

When is Creamfields?

Creamfields 2017 is a 4 day festival and takes place across the August Bank Holiday weekend on Thursday 24th, Friday 25th, Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th August in Daresbury, Cheshire in the North West of England, in between Liverpool and Manchester.

Where can I buy a ticket?

Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?

There are no pass outs at Creamfields.

If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY

If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY

If you have a 2 day ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. On leaving the event after Saturday you will need to produce the Sunday ticket to gain re-entry on Sunday

Filming & Photography

Professional recording equipment is strictly prohibited on the festival site. You will be allowed to bring non-professional cameras into the event. However, you must obtain permission to bring a professional camera (SLR) into the event please email for further details.

What time are the acts performing?

We do not release playing times before the event. Event lanyards will be available to buy inside the event site.

Please do not buy these outside the event site as they will be forgery and the information is liable to be incorrect.


Is glass allowed on site?

No, you must decant any liquids into plastic bottles. We advise you do this before you arrive to site. Alternatively, a decanting station is provided and liquids brought on site will need to be decanted here into plastic bottles. This includes drinks, perfume, aftershave etc.

Is there anywhere I can take my prescribed medication?

Yes, the Event Site hospital. Please email us at beforehand to make arrangements for you, and please provide us with a contact number.

My 18th birthday is during the festival – Can I still attend?

We’d love for you to spend your 18th birthday with us! You can still attend provided you are 18 or over on the day you wish to enter the festival site. You can also buy your ticket before your 18th birthday.

For example, if your 18th birthday falls on Saturday 26th August then you would only be able to enter from the Saturday onwards. You would not be allowed entry on the Thursday or Friday.

Do I need another ticket if I buy a Dreamfields package?

Dreamfields accommodation can be purchased seperately from your festival ticket or you can purchase your festival ticket and Dreamfields accommodation together in one transaction [please click here for more info]. If you have purchased Dreamfields accommodation you will receive confirmation of your booking from VIP Nation (you will not receive a separate ticket) which you will need to bring with you along with your festival ticket (which gets you access into the show).

E.g. If you are coming for 4 days then you will need a 4 day standard camping ticket (unless you want to have access to the Hospitality arena as well, in which case you would need to purchase a 4 Day Gold camping ticket).

Disabled customer campsite

Disabled Customer Campsite

The disabled customer campsite is available to customers who are unable to camp in the standard campsites or who need access to the facilities we provide. The campsite is more spacious and has some trackway where possible to improve accessibility for wheelchair users and customer with mobility impairments.

Facilities we provide in the disabled customer campsite:
• Accessible unisex toilets
• Standard unisex toilets
• Fresh water points
• Fridge for any medication that may need to be kept cold
• Electrical charging points for wheelchairs or scooters on a first come first served basis

Please Note: Due to Health and Safety and the associated Fire risks, it is a condition of our license that cars and tents are separated therefore cars cannot be parked next to your tent and must remain in the Disabled access car park located adjacent to the Campsite.

If you have difficulty walking, you are allowed to drive in to the campsite to unload all your luggage and tents and also to collect them when you leave the festival. Drop off and pick up is also authorised for all customers who need it. You should park vehicles in the disabled customer car park for the duration of the festival, where you can have access to them at all times.

Disabled Access Parking

Disabled access parking is available for those that need it, and is in close proximity to the Disabled access Campsite and Arena.

Parking must be applied for in advance of the event, if you require the use of this facility please contact the access team, once approved for the scheme we will send you a pass to gain entry to the car park.

Viewing platforms

The viewing platforms are for those who are unable to see the concert in any other way. This is most relevant to wheelchair users, those unable to stand for long periods or people who struggle with being in crowds. It is for this reason that we give all guests in this situation priority in accessing the platforms.

If this applies to you, you can take your personal assistant with you. In extremely busy periods, we may ask your PA to move to the back of the platform if you do not need direct one-to-one support. The viewing platform is available on both Main stages.

Customers who require access to the platform are required to book in advance. The viewing platform operates on a first come first served basis so access is not guaranteed every time. Once the platform is full we will operate a one in one out process. All viewing platforms are strictly no smoking.

Accessible toilets

Accessible toilets are available at the viewing platform, in the disabled customer campsite, some sanitation points in the arena and at the sanitation points in the main campsite.

Medication advice

If you need to bring special medication with you, please bring a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable.

Our office opening hours are 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

We use the contact number above for all of our outdoor events and it is extremely busy all year round. If you cannot get through, leave a message with your name, number and nature of your enquiry and we will call you back by the end of the next business day. Do not leave multiple messages as this will only slow the process down.

Where can I access or report lost property?

Please claim or report lost property at the Lost Property office located outside the Welfare and Information Tent, near the Arc Stage.

If you did not find your lost property on site at the festival, you can email us at to enquire over the item(s) you may have lost. Please note that this email address is only monitored from the week after the festival until the end of September so you must enquire in a timely fashion.

Where can I find a cash machine (ATM)?

There are two cash point areas inside the event Arena and also one located in the Campsite Village. Debit and Credit cards are also accepted at all bars.

Is there anywhere I can charge my mobile phone?

Yes. We have teamed up with Charge Candy to provide portable phone chargers this year.  More info available here.

Charging Units will also be available be available in 6 locations across the all campsites and 2 locations in the main arena. You can pay for a one-off charge or unlimited charging and drop off your charger at any of these locations. Just drop off and they do the rest.

Is there anywhere that I can get dry or warm?

The arenas will be dry but if you need assistance please go to the Welfare and Information Tent.

How can I make a complaint?

If you want to make a complaint whilst on site, please head for the Information and Welfare tent. Or speak to one of the members of security.

What facilities will there be on the campsite?

The Campsites will be filled with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will have access to various food and non-food concessions, phone charging units, lockers, a camping supplies store and a general store. Information and welfare will be available – please head to one of our signposted campsite hubs where you will be assisted. Access to clean water and first aid is also available and clearly signposted.

Note that hot showers are only available in the Standard campsite with purchase of Club Class. More details on bookings and availability will be posted in the coming weeks. Hot showers and ‘posh’ loos come as part of the ticket price for Gold, Silver, Bronze and Dreamfields.

Are the campsites safe?

Security on the campsites will be of utmost importance. There will be locker facilities and regular security patrols as well as CCTV monitoring, campsite information hubs and festoon lighting throughout. Please notify a member of security or a steward if you notice any suspicious behaviour in the campsites.

Are campervans or caravans allowed?

No, sorry – the campsites at Creamfields are tented only. If you purchase a Camping ticket then you must camp within our campsites. You may not camp in the car parks or sleep in your car.

Will there be food and drink concessions in the campsite?

Yes, there will be various catering units in the campsite. A full range will be available including vegetarian and vegan. If you have any specific dietary concerns, please contact as us at for guidance.

What if I cannot find my tent after the concert?

All Campsites are colour coded, so ensure you make a note of the campsite colour that you have pitched in and try and make a good visual reference before you leave your tent, perhaps use a flag to distinguish your tent from the others. If you can’t find it speak to Welfare and Information or go to your campsite hub where the staff will be able to assist.

Can anyone help carry our camping equipment to the campsite?

Yes, there will be a paid service available to provide assistance to campers with a lot of luggage! The service will be limited and first come first serve only. More information to come…

Can I have a fire or BBQ on the site?

Fires are strictly prohibited on site but we will provide a designated BBQ area.

Gas stoves/cylinders are NOT permitted in the campsite. The recommended cooking stoves are any solid fuel type such as: Disposable BBQ’s or Hexi Stove with a solid fuel block. Petrol fuelled cookers and generators will not be permitted in any campsite. Please use designated BBQ areas. DO NOT attempt to use stoves or disposable BBQ’s inside or near your tent.

What camping options are there?

There are several options available to you for camping at Creamfields. Standard Camping, Gold, Silver & Bronze Camping or Dreamfields Luxury Camping.

I have a Gold/Silver/Bronze/Dreamfields package – Can I visit my friends in the Standard Campsite?

Yes, you can! You will be able to visit the Standard Campsite with these tickets. However Gold/Silver/Bronze and Dreamfields Campsites, are off limits to Standard ticket holders.

Are there any showers in the campsite?

If you have a Standard Camping ticket and want access to showers – you can purchase Club Class HERE. This service includes access to hot showers, luxury toilets and pamper facilities which are located within the Standard Campsite. Information on prices and availability will be available in the coming weeks ahead. Keep up to date on

For those with Gold and Silver Camping tickets, or if you have purchased a Dreamfields Camping package, hot showers, access to luxury toilets and the pamper tent which includes straighteners, hair dryers, mirrors etc. are all included within your ticket package and can be found within the Gold & Silver campsite.

For those with Bronze tickets, your ticket includes access to the Hot Showers & Luxury toilets both of which will be located in the Bronze campsite.

Are there any lockers for my valuables?



Can I arrive a day later than my ticket allows?

Yes, this is absolutely fine. For example if you have bought a 4 day camping ticket you can arrive on Friday or Saturday.

How much alcohol can I bring?

Alcohol may only be brought into the festival if you are camping. There is a limit of 24 cans and a 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit or wine per person. Any alcohol in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles. Cans can be mixed – e.g. 12 cider and 12 lager and they may be loose (not in a crate) but must not exceed 24.


Please note that alcohol may not be brought into the event Arena which will be enforced on the entrance into the Arena.

Will there be a general shop in the campsites? What will be sold there?

Yes, there will be a general campsite shop and a pharmacy where you will be able to top up your essential needs for the festival weekend. Items available may include the following:

Air Mattresses, Antihistamines, Aspirin, Batteries, Camping Supplies, Cigarettes, Condoms, Confectionery, Foil Blankets, Hand Wipes, Ibuprofen, Lighters, Sanitary Products, Sleeping Bags, Soft Drinks, Sun Lotion/After-sun, Sunglasses, Toilet Roll (!), Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Water…. and more.

Can I stay in a hotel if I have a Camping ticket but do not want to camp?

Sadly, there are strictly NO pass outs at Creamfields. Therefore, if you wish to stay in hotel then you will need to purchase a Day ticket or a 2 Day Non-Camping ticket.

I am buying tickets from abroad, is there a deadline to buy tickets in order to receive them in time for the show?

While there is no deadline to purchase tickets from abroad, there is a deadline for postal delivery of tickets abroad. Any ticket purchases placed after July 31st will not be posted to you and will have to be collected from the festival box office on site. This is subject to the festival selling out.

I’ve been told by the ticket outlet that I need to collect tickets on the day

If you have been instructed to collect your tickets on site, please head to the relevant box office to collect. Day ticket holders collect at the NORTH box office. Weekend camping ticket holders collect at the SOUTH box office. Please have photo I.D. ready to show at the box office and follow the instructions given to you from your ticket agent.

What happens if my deposit scheme payment declines or defaults?

If your payment is declined or you do not have enough funds in your account then you will need to contact your ticket agent to bring the account up to date. Your ticket will be held but will not be posted to you until you have paid the full amount.

Please ensure you contact the ticket agent you purchased your ticket from to advise of any changes to your card details to avoid this happening e.g. account closure or change of card number/expiry date.

Can I buy a Thursday or Friday day ticket?

We do not sell Thursday or Friday day tickets, nor are they included in a Weekend Non-Camping option. If you wish to attend the festival on these days, you must purchase either a 4 Day or 3 Day Camping ticket.
