Where Can I Charge My Phone?
Portable Chargers will once again be provided by Charge Candy with multiple swap locations in the Campsite Village, Gold Campsite and arena. For as little as £14.95 you can pre-book a weekend wristband that allows you one full charger per day. Click here to grab yours before they sell out.

We will be following government guidelines regarding all face coverings so please check back closer to the event.
Yes you can if you have purchased a camping ticket, but remember Creamfields is in the middle of a field, we recommend bringing a rucksack instead.
Day ticket holders can bring a bag no bigger than an A4 piece of paper.
No glass is allowed at Creamfields. This includes perfume, foundation bottles, aftershave and mirrors. These are prohibited items and will be confiscated at the entrance (please note there is no facility to leave your belongings and collect after the show) so please double check before you arrive at the show.
*Small make up compact mirrors are acceptable.
No, please understand we have thousands of campers on site and even though they look pretty, unfortunately we don’t have enough space for you to erect a gazebo.

Festival Tickets are not included in your accommodation price, and must be booked separately. Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4 day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry
For anyone wishing to purchase pre pitch accommodation – you will need to purchase a Bronze Camping ticket (only those with Bronze camping tickets can access the Pre-Pitch campsite)

Creamfields UK is strictly an 18’s and over event, and we will be operating a strict Challenge 21 policy at the entrances / bars and spot checks will be in operation around the festival site. Please ensure you bring acceptable forms of valid ID, these are:-
o An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence,
o A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.
o A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram) more information on the pass scheme website.
o An in date Armed Forces Photo ID Card
o A national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the United Kingdom)
*Please note that customers on site may be asked to produce ID at any point during the event so we advise ALL customers to bring valid ID. In addition, we operate a Challenge 21 policy so please ensure you bring an acceptable form of proof of age ID.
The location of Creamfields is Daresbury, Cheshire UK (In between Liverpool and Manchester). Please click here for more information on travel to the festival site.
The Disabled Access Campsite is available to customers who require Accessible Facilities. By locating these facilities in one campsite we can ensure that they are serviced, cleaned and maintained regularly. You can apply to camp here by completing an Access Requirements Form.
The campsite is located close to the arena and there will be staff from the Access Team based here 24 hours a day. There will also be security personnel and stewards based in the campsite.
· Wheelchair accessible unisex showers and toilets
· Standard toilets and showers.
· Fresh water points and accessible sink
· Electrical points for charging wheelchairs or mobility scooters
· Fridge for secure medication storage
· Changing Places Unit featuring a changing bed, a toilet, sink and a hoist. Please be aware that access customers must bring their own sling. This unit is not for sleeping.
As well as you we allow three more people to camp with you. You must register the number of your group during the application process so that they are issued with the appropriate wristbands to access the Disabled Access Campsite.
We cannot accommodate campervans/caravans or motorhomes in any of our campsites.
If you are an access customer staying in any of our public or upgrade campsites, then please notify the Access team in your Application, we are happy to provide a PA ticket at no additional charge however this will not cover any concessions provided, proof of purchase will be checked before issuing the PA tickets.
We will not be able to replicate the same facilities as we do in our Accessible campsite, there will be longer distances to walk into the Arena and campsite village from these campsites, for more details contact the Access team in advance.
The viewing platform and viewing areas areas are for our Disabled Access Customers with mobility issues, wheelchair users, and those unable to stand for long periods and people who struggle with being in crowds.
Our platforms have wheelchair accessible ramps and have accessible toilets. Seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our viewing areas are ground level they do not have ramps some areas will have accessible toilets.
A map of Viewing platform and viewing areas will be provided on the website before the Festival takes place.
Some platforms will have wheelchair and mobility scooter charging facilities these will be listed in the Access Guide.
We have Wheelchair accessible and standard toilets within the arena, the locations of the toilets will be shared with you in our Access Guide.
Access to the platforms and toilets is controlled via a wristband system. You can apply for access to these on the Access Requirements Form.
If you require accessible parking, you must apply in advance and ensure to let us know where you are camping so we can provide you with the appropriate car parking pass. You need to apply for Disabled access parking by completing the Access Requirements Form. Blue Badge holders must register with the Disabled Access Team to get a Disabled Access Car Parking Pass.
Parking in the accessible car park is limited so friends/family arriving in separate vehicles will not be able to use this car park and we advise they buy a general admission Parking ticket.
A car parking pass will be sent to you approximately a week before the Festival. The Disabled Access Car Park cannot be entered without a car pass issued by the Disabled Access Team.
Please note there is no charge for Accessible Parking, however this must be applied for in advance of the Festival.
There are several different ways you can travel to Creamfields. Due to the location of the transport hub you will enter the Festival via a bridge which is not Wheelchair Accessible, if you are planning on arriving by Public transport please contact the Access team so they can advise.

If you are arriving by public or private buses, then please contact the Access Team ahead of the event for further advice.
We want you to enjoy every aspect of Creamfields, listen to your favourite music and see your favourite acts. The crowds can get very busy so make sure you get your bearings. Try and find your own space, be considerate to other people and don’t push others.

The festival is based on the Daresbury estate, the festival is a greenfield site with very limited hard standing pathways, during inclement weather some areas can become very muddy and wet.
The arena is not flat and has some sloping fields.
If you need to bring medication with you, please bring a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable. Don’t be offended if security question the medication you are bringing into the Festival, it is there job to ensure the safety and security of all customers.
We will be able to store medicine in our fridge in the Disabled campsite, we cannot offer refrigerated storage in any of the other campsites.
Please contact the access team should you need more advice or guidance on any of the above information.
Smoke machines, strobe lights, fireworks and other effects will be in use at this event. Anyone affected by these should bear this in mind.
Crowd Management Personnel are clearly identifiable by their numbered tabards/shirts. They are all issued with a staff handbook so should be able to answer most questions. They are briefed on all aspects of the event and can assist and give information.
In the instance of a site evacuation please ensure that your PA is aware that they are your main point of assistance in an emergency evacuation. Crowd management personnel located near the viewing platform will assist in moving everybody to a place of safety.
Medical and welfare facilities are available to everyone 24 hours at the Festival.
There will be signed First Aid points located across the festival site.
Although the websites does contain a lot of information we understand that’s some customers will need to contact us directly. The access department is currently closed, however, someone will respond in due course.

During the week leading up to and during the Festival the Access Team will be on site, we may not be able to respond to your enquires.
We want Creamfields to be a Festival that is accessible for everyone, please read through the following information to find out more about our onsite facilities and Disabled Access Scheme.
To ensure that we have the correct level of accessible facilities we ask customers to apply for access to our facilities – accessible toilets and showers, viewing platforms, car parking passes. This is done through the same application system as the Personal assistant application.
Customers who are unable to attend without the support of a Personal assistant (PA) are advised to purchase a standard event ticket for how long you wish to attend, you will then need to apply for an additional PA ticket via our Disabled access scheme.
Applications for Disabled Access at Creamfields are currently unavailable. Check back here nearer the event, or sign up to the Access Mailing List to receive a notification when this form goes live (expected early 2021).
PLEASE NOTE: There is no charge for the additional Personal assistant ticket.
Please do not buy a ticket for your Personal Assistant as this will NOT be refunded
The provision of an additional pass for your Personal assistant is so that you have someone on site who can provide you with any assistance you may require to enjoy the festival. The pass is provided in the expectation that your PA is willing and able to assist you with any tasks that are necessary.
It is mandatory to provide one of the following forms of supporting documentation with your completed form as evidence of your requirements and to grant a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket:
· DLA/PIP or equivalent
· Medical Professionals letter – reviewed case by case
· D/deaf or blind registration
· Nimbus Access Card
· Blue badge – only accepted as adequate evidence for Disabled parking
Submit your documentation with your application form. All documentation is kept secure and destroyed securely after processing. If you unable to include your documentation please state in, Addition Notes that it has been forwarded either by fax, email or post.

To apply you will first need a ticket to the festival, plus supporting documentation. Please read our Terms and conditions for a list of documentation we Accept.
To ensure we can plan for the correct level of facilities, we will be closing applications on Friday 30th. After this date, we will not be accepting any more applications, from August 24th – 30th the Access team will be at the festival so may not be able to respond to emails or telephone calls.
Please note the Access department is currently closed, however, when normal service resumes:-
We will process your application within 4 weeks of receiving your form, if you apply within 4 weeks of the festival we will process you as quickly as possible, and any supporting documentation. We will send your confirmation letter by email once your application has been approved. Your confirmation letter will detail the facilities that you have requested access to and will confirm your PA ticket if you have applied for one.
This confirmation letter is also in lieu of a PA ticket and must be printed off and brought with you as proof.
You will also be sent an Access Guide in the week leading up to the event detailing event arrival, updated information and site map showing the accessible facilities.
If you have applied for and been approved a car parking pass you will receive this at the same time. Car passes are uniquely coded to the purchaser and must be printed off and placed in your vehicle with all the required details filled in.

You can pay for your parking in advance from Ticketmaster as an add-on to your Creamfields ticket purchase. Advance prices are £15 for 4 & 3 Day Campers and £10 for 2 Day Campers.

If you have not paid in advance for your parking, then you can pay on site when you arrive, there is plenty of space. On the day prices are £20 for 4 & 3 Day Campers, £15 for 2 Day Campers and £10 per day for Day Ticket holders.

There are no pass outs at Creamfields.
If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY
If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY
If you have a 2 day ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. On leaving the event after Saturday you will need to produce the Sunday ticket to gain re-entry on Sunday
Dreamfields accommodation can be purchased separately or as a package (Dreamfields accommodation & your festival ticket), however, you must have an event ticket to gain access to the event and into the Dreamfields Campsite.
To apply for Access, you must first purchase a standard Festival ticket for however long you wish to attend, we then ask you to apply for the Disabled access facilities and your PA ticket if required- you can do all of this by completing our online Access Requirements form.
If a customer is unable to attend the festival without the support from a PA then we will provide an additional PA Ticket at no extra cost.
This must be applied for in advance via the Access Team please complete an Access Requirements form.
Our accessible campsite is available to customers who are unable to camp in the standard campsites or who need access to the facilities they require.
Facilities we provide in the disabled customer campsite:
• Accessible unisex toilets
• Standard unisex toilets
• Fresh water points
• Fridge for any medication that may need to be kept cold
• Electrical charging points for wheelchairs or scooters
Disabled access parking is available for those that require it, it is located near the Disabled Access Campsite and Arena, there is no charge for those requiring accessible parking. Parking must be applied for in advance of the event, once approved for the scheme we will send you a pass to gain entry to the car park. Blue Badge holders must apply in advance a Blue Badge alone will not be valid for entry.
Some of our stages have wheelchair accessible viewing platforms with Accessible toilets and charging points, the exact locations of our platforms will be shared in our Access Guide which will be published on the website a week before the event.
Accessible toilets will be available inside the Arena, their locations will be shared in our Access Guide, you can always find an accessible toilet at the Disabled customer viewing platform, and in the Disabled customer campsite.
If you need to bring medication with you, we recommend bringing a Doctor’s note or a prescription. Please be understanding if we question what you’re bringing in as it is important to prevent drugs being brought into the event.
On arrival please speak to security and explain the reasons you are bringing your medication to the Festival they will assist you.
If you are staying in one of our Public campsites and attending as an access customer it is important to note we can’t provide the same level of accessible facilities, for more advice please contact the Access team ahead of the Festival.

The Campsites will be filled with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will have access to various food and non-food concessions, phone charging units, lockers, a camping supplies store and a general store. Information and welfare will be available – please head to one of our signposted campsite hubs where you will be assisted.
Water taps are located around the campsite and the event arena. We recommend customers bring recyclable water bottles and re-fill at the free drinking water taps on site. First aid is also available and clearly signposted.
Hot showers and ‘proper’ toilets come as part of the ticket price for Gold, Silver, Bronze and Dreamfields & Pre-Pitch & Party.
For those with Gold and Silver Camping tickets, or if you have purchased Dreamfields accommoation, hot showers, access to proper toilets and the pamper tent which includes straighteners, hair dryers, mirrors etc. are all included within your ticket package and can be found within the Gold & Silver campsite and the Dreamfields campsite.
For those with Bronze tickets, your ticket includes access to Hot Showers & proper toilets both of which will be located in the Bronze campsite and Pre-Pitch & party campsite.
For standard camping ticket holders, you will have the option to purchase a ticket to our on site shower facilities ‘Club Class’ located in the standard campsite – Club Class will be on sale soon
We will be providing pre-bookable lockers for you to make sure that any valuables you may have can be kept safe over the festival weekend. The lockers will be located within the campsite village and so are only available to camping ticket holders. Lockers will be available to pre-book soon.
If you are a day ticket holder, a cloakroom facility is available and located at the main entrance into the event arena. This facility can be paid for on the day – no pre-book available.
Alcohol may only be brought into the festival if you are camping. There is a limit of 24 cans and a 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit or wine per person. Any alcohol in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles. Cans can be mixed – e.g. 12 cider and 12 lager and they may be loose (not in a crate) but must not exceed 24.
Please note that alcohol may not be brought into the event Arena which will be enforced upon entrance into the Arena.
Strictly NO kegs allowed.
Sadly, there are strictly NO pass outs at Creamfields. Therefore, if you wish to stay in hotel then you will need to purchase a Day ticket or a 2 Day Non-Camping ticket.

If you have been instructed to collect your tickets on site, please head to the relevant box office to collect. Day ticket holders collect at the NORTH box office. Weekend camping ticket holders collect at the SOUTH box office. Please have photo I.D. ready to show at the box office and follow the instructions given to you from your ticket agent.
If your payment is declined or you do not have enough funds in your account then you will need to contact Ticketmaster to bring the account up to date. Your ticket will be held but will not be posted to you until you have paid the full amount.
Please ensure you contact Ticketmaster to advise of any changes to your card details to avoid this happening e.g. account closure or change of card number/expiry date.

Day Tickets can be purchased for Friday / Saturday or Sunday. Also 2 day non-camping tickets (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday) & 3 day non-camping tickets (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) .
If you wish to attend the festival on Thursday you must purchase 4 Day Camping ticket (we do not sell Thursday Day Tickets).
