First Time At Creamfields?

Creamfields Novice

We can’t wait for you to come to Creamfields, get away for the weekend and party with your friends. Creamfields is the biggest dance music festival in the UK and we will all have a better time if we look out for each other.

It can get very busy at Creamfields, and even though we do our best to get you in quickly and to serve you swiftly at the bar, there will be queues and it may feel chaotic at times. We encourage everyone to look out for each other, help someone if they look lost and to be that friendly face in the crowd.

We always hope for good weather at Creamfields, but it’s best that you are prepared if it decides to change. There is plenty to see at the festival so take your time, pace yourself and have a look around. There are plenty of places you can go to if you want to take some time out and chill.

LOOK AFTER YOURSELF

If you want to feel your best all weekend and have a standard camping ticket, why not upgrade to Club Class? You’ll have access to beautifully hot showers and ‘proper’ toilets and of course that amazing Pamper Tent too, with mirrors/make up stations and free ghds. Click here to find out more.

If at any point you feel worried, have a question or just need some friendly advice and support, the Creamfields welfare team are there to help you. They will have a calm space if you feel anxious and they may be able to arrange help if you find yourself stranded.

They offer a free, confidential service where you can ask them about any problems or worries you may have. These guys won’t judge you or get you in trouble. They’ve got lots of experience and will offer you their full support and confidential advice about things such as alcohol, drugs, mental health and sexual health.

Safety and Security

Your health and safety are the most important thing to us. We have great teams of festival security and stewards to help keep Creamfields safe, direct people, deal with any issues and help to run the event smoothly. Please be respectful and always listen to any information or directions that they give you, Creamfields couldn’t run without them.

Before you come to Creamfields, it’s good to get an idea of the festival layout and where things are. If you want to check out where your campsite is, and which way to go to the arena, you can see all of this if you click here on our downloadable Creamfields info guide.

Thousands of people travel to Creamfields every year and it can be easy to lose your mates so keep your phone charged and choose a time and meeting place to meet up every day in case you get separated . arrange a meeting point  as soon as you get on site, so if you do lose your friends, you’ve got a point to meet back up again

Watching the Show

We want you to enjoy every aspect of Creamfields, listen to your favourite music and see your favourite acts. The crowds can get very busy so make sure you get your bearings.  Try and find your own space, be considerate to other people and don’t push others.

If you start to feel anxious or the crowd is growing quickly, take your time and try to make your way to the periphery.

Check with your mates regularly to ensure that you’re all ok and stay together.
